This invitation for bid replaces ITQ solicitation 4400029959.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry on behalf of the State Workers' Insurance Fund (SWIF) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure contractors to provide Security and Surveillance Services.

Small business suppliers are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. Qualified suppliers interested in the DGS Small Businesses Program should use this link to verify as a DGS Small Business - https://www.dgs.pa.gov/bdisbo/Pages/Verification.aspx Suppliers who become DGS Certified Small Businesses shall upload their Small Business Certificate with their bid.

The Commonwealth will award contracts to all responsible and responsive suppliers.

Bidders only need to provide a price only on the territories where it will provide services.

Any questions in reference to this IFB must be submitted individually and in writing via email by 2pm ET on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, to the L & I Central Procurement resource account - RA-li-OIT-BAS-Procur@pa.gov, with IFB 6100063860- 12 9212 SWIF Security and Surveillance in the Subject Line. All questions and responses are considered an addendum to and part of this IFB. The Issuing Office shall not be bound by any verbal information, nor shall it be bound by any written information that is not either contained within the IFB or formally issued by the Issuing Office. The Issuing Office does not consider questions to be a protest of the solicitation.
