The San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools (SUPERINTENDENT) is seeking qualified VENDORS to provide on-
site, unarmed security officer services at various school sites throughout San Bernardino County. Services will include full-
time, regularly scheduled daily duties as well as on-call assignments. Security officers will be required to patrol both the
interior and exterior areas of school facilities. Services are expected to begin for the 26/27 school year on July 1, 2026.
All proposals must be submitted to the Front Desk Receptionist at 760 East Brier Drive, San Bernardino, CA 92408. The
envelope must clearly display the company name and "RFP ENCLOSED: RFP NO. 25.26.1160 - SECURITY SERVICES -
MANNED (UNARMED) REBID" in the lower left hand corner.
It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to deliver their proposal to the Front Desk Receptionist, where it will be dated
and time-stamped. BIDs shall remain open, valid, and subject to acceptance at any time within ninety (90) days after
the BID opening date and time.

services/procurement-and-warehouse-services/bids-upcoming. It is the responsibility of the VENDOR to monitor the
website for updates or addenda prior to submission. Proposals that do not acknowledge all addenda will be deemed
nonresponsive.
All questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing via email to: Maria Aldaco, Procurement Specialist at
Bids@sbcss.net. All questions must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm on April 8, 2026.
