Q. Who is the current provider of Security Guard Service at this location?
A. Prime Security
Q. What was the total $ amount spent on this contract in FY 2025?
A. $412,672
Q. Are the current security guard employees members of a union or covered by a
collective bargaining agreement we need to be aware of?
A. Unknown. That's the responsibility of the private firm hired.
Q. Will we have the opportunity to attend a walk through or pre-bid meeting before
bid due date? If yes how can one be setup?
A. Not required
Q. How does the current security guard staff track/announce to residents before entry
for visitors to the development?
A. Not required
Q. Does the development utilize a computer at the gatehouse with a visitor
management software? Is Trenton Housing Authority looking to have this
included as part of the offering from prospective vendors?
A. No
Q. To clarify Trenton Housing Authority is looking for two (2) unarmed uniformed
security officers 24/7 365 days a year? (Page 4 states two guards 24/7 but pricing
page is unclear). If it's two guards is one at the gatehouse and one on roving
patrol of development at all times?
A. Please refer the Exhibit I: Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to
12:00 am and 12:00 am to 8:00 am, and twenty-four (24) hours

each day for Saturday and Sunday (Sunday ending at 8:00 am
Monday morning).
Q. On Page 7 part VIII payment terms can you please clarify that the terms state
contractor will bill THA within 10 days after one month/4 weeks of service
rendered, but it does not state when contractor will be paid following receipt of a
proper invoice to THA. Can you please provide payment turnaround once invoice
is presented to THA?
A. Payment is required within 30 days.
Q. Do the section 3 forms have to be completed/submitted with every invoice?
A. Section 3 documentation is to be submitted monthly.
Q. Can you please provide the number of police responses to the development in the
past 365 days?
A. Not quantified. Police make regular stops at the site as part of their
normal patrol. Sometimes more often than others.
