Summary

AFLCMC/WJ requires security services for a building located at 9595 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, Ohio. A complete list of required services and performance objectives can be found in Attachment 1 - WJ LN Security PWS. In summary, the any prospective vendor must be capable of providing:

1) Off-site building alarm system monitoring & dispatch.

2) On-site (Building 6, 9595 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg OH) unarmed security staff Monday – Friday during afterhours (1600L – 0800L), and 24 hours per day during weekends and federal holidays.

Anticipated Period of Performance

Base (12 Months) 01 Aug 2025 – 31 Jul 2026

Option Year 1 (12 Months) 01 Aug 2026 – 31 Jul 2027

Option Year 2 (12 Months) 01 Aug 2027 – 31 Jul 2028

Option Year 3 (12 Months) 01 Aug 2028 – 31 Jul 2029

Requested Capabilities Statement Requirement

Please submit a package via email in PDF format that demonstrates capabilities, expertise, and past performance relevant to the requirements cited above and in the PWS. Your capabilities statement must not exceed five pages and must include the following: company name, address, point of contract, telephone number, e-mail address, cage code, certification of small business status, and, if applicable, GSA schedule 70 contract number and expiration. The package shall be submitted to Dominic.McClung@us.af.mil.

NOTE: The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this synopsis nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), nor an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement.
