Security Guard Services, RFQ 684955

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to solicit proposals from responsible and qualified firms to provide comprehensive Security Guard Services, including armed and unarmed security guards, supervision, training, and consulting, for multiple County departments and facilities.

The County intends to award a contract to a contractor capable of providing professional security guard services at multiple County locations to ensure the safety of employees, residents, and visitors; to prevent, deter, and respond to theft, vandalism, fire, and other criminal or unsafe acts affecting County personnel or property; and to operate and monitor the County’s weapons detection, video surveillance, and other security systems in accordance with the specifications set forth herein. The initial contract term shall be three (3) years, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year periods, for a maximum potential term of seven (7) years.

Facilities currently requiring coverage include office buildings, libraries, and parking garages in Leesburg, Sterling, Brambleton, and Stone Ridge, Virginia. The County reserves the right to add/remove facilities, adjust coverage, and expand/lessen services as operational needs evolve during the contract term.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

An optional pre-proposal conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on October 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
