Project Description: The Town of Palm Beach is seeking proposals from security guard service contractors for the purpose of providing services as follows:
• Protect Town Marina customer safety and their assets.
• Protect Town Property.
• Maintain access control of the four (4) dock gates and three (3) parking lots.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, supervision, trucks, gas, oil, safety equipment and any other materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as specified in the scope of services.

SUBMISSION:
The Town only accepts online submittal of proposals through Euna, the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint.
NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE:
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held virtually via the Microsoft Teams meeting platform.

Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section.
Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification directly from Project Manager and Town staff.
INTERVIEWS: (IF CONDUCTED) Please save the date, June 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM, and plan to participate if your firm is invited.
AWARD:
Award shall be made to the Proposers which offer the best value to the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive non-material irregularities or technicalities and to re-advertise for all or any part of this solicitation as deemed in its best interest. The Town shall be the sole judge of its best interest.
No proposer may withdraw their proposals for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
TERM:
The contract will begin at the start of the Town's 2027 fiscal year, beginning October 1, 2026.
The first year of the contract shall terminate in concurrence with the end of the Town’s 2027 fiscal year, ending on September 30, 2027.
There shall be four (4) optional one-year renewal periods, based on satisfactory performance, budget authorization and mutual agreement, for a maximum contract duration of five (5) years.
RESPONSIBLE VENDOR DETERMINATION:
Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the Town of Palm Beach may not request documentation of or consider a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
