Description:	Base Bid Description: This project will design through construction documents a perimeter security fence along portions of the west perimeter of the State of Nevada and the Nevada Air National Guard (NVANG). The scope of work includes clearing, grading, and construction of a metal security fence. Contract Time: 45 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $545.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. Important: See ‘Additional Description’ section below regarding security clearance requirements for all individuals desiring to attend the pre-bid meeting.
Additional Description:	Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter NVANG property. See Supplemental Instructions to Bidders for security clearance details.
