Description

The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) hereby issues this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) seeking Respondents interested in Security Command and Control Center HVAC Improvements project. Interested Respondents must be registered on the PCCA’s procurement website to obtain the complete CSP package ( https://pocca.procureware.com/home ). This solicitation will be a one-step process in which selection will be based on specific criteria identified in this document.

Scope of work generally consists of removing existing ductwork, HVAC units on all three floors, and the ceiling grid while preserving ceiling tiles where possible, followed by installing new ductwork, three air handling units, an additional outside air handling unit, new exterior fans, a new ceiling grid, and all necessary components for a fully upgraded HVAC system
