The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish an annual services contract by hiring a single qualified contractor to provide security services on an AS NEEDED BASIS for special events on City owned or leased property.  This contract is for use by various City Departments as the need occurs. Work shall be in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein.
