Secure Mobile Document Shredding Services

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Vernon
(the “City”) to qualified respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Secure and
Confidential Mobile Document Shredding and the destruction of other related media as
requested as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the deliverables”).
The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the provision of Annual Bi-Weekly mobile
document shredding services for City of Vernon facilities. Quantity and sizes of bins per building
will be based on volume, with an average of two (2) bins per building.
