Title
Secure Bicycle Parking for District Residents (Bike Sheds)
Synopsis
The Government of the District of Columbia (District), Office of
Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of
Transportation (DDOT) seeks a Contractor to install, operate, and maintain
a system of secure bicycle parking sheds for residents in the District of
Columbia.
The desired outcome of this RFP is to retain the services of an experienced
and qualified firm, that provides the best value, to provide and operate bike
sheds in the District. The selected firm will be evaluated using DDOTs
process of cumulative total points from the technical criteria, price
criterion, and preference points. Interviews may be conducted at the COs
discretion.

If the prospective offeror has any questions regarding this solicitation,
please email the Contract Specialist and copy the Contracting Officer.
Questions must be submitted by September 27, 2024, 12:00 PM noon.

on DTAP website.
