Sectional Overhead Door Replacement Project

The City of Marlborough, the Awarding Authority, by its Department of Public Works - Facilities Division invites bids from general contractors for the Sectional Overhead Door Replacement Project at City of Marlborough DPW, 135 Neil Street in Marlborough, MA 01752, Contract No. PF 2025-02, in accordance with the documents prepared by Context Studios LLC dated May 7, 2025. The Project shall consist of replacement (in-kind) of existing overhead doors (22 Doors). The scope of the base contract includes providing and installing new insulated steel sectional overhead doors. Installation to include all connections to existing infrastructure including track, spring, glazing, and accessories. The successful bidder shall be responsible for the removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new units including all associated work, coordination, and start-up of the entire project.
