NOTICE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

RFP #26-04

The City of Galveston is accepting sealed proposals on a contract for Seawolf Park Wastewater Treatment Facilty.  Sealed proposals shall be uploaded to the Purchasing Division online portal for solicitation submittals.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the following:

Location: Publics Work Building–Training Room

3015 Market Street

Galveston, Texas

Solicitation submittals will be received until 10:00 a.m., February 19, 2026 and opened immediately in that office.  Any response received after that time will not be considered. Click the link below to upload your submittal.
