Seattle Public Library Branch Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning

Every year the Library contracts for supplementary cleaning. This is work that can’t be done by their own custodial staff due to special equipment, skill set or the length of time it would take to accomplish the cleaning. The supplementary cleaning will consist of exterior and interior window washing. The vendor will clean the windows once a year at all of the 26 branch locations; we may supplement this cleaning with a second cleaning for select locations depending on our budget. High traffic branches are given priority for the second cleaning. Specialized cleaning of exterior and interior windows for certain branches that are historically landmarked Carnegie buildings.
