Seattle Justice Center Weatherization Project

The City of Seattle is seeking qualifications for Seattle Justice Center Weatherization Project . Qualifications are due no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 . FAS=CD is planning to conduct a comprehensive Seattle Justice Center Building envelope condition assessment to identify the physical deficiencies, plan and execute the recommended repairs and maintenance scopes over a phased timetable. Consultant to develop and perform a whole building weatherization program with scope broken into phases, with cost estimates and potential schedules related to those scopes of work summaries.
