Seaside Fire Station Beam Repair

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals for doing all the work involved in repairing a failed glulam roof support beam at the City of Seaside Fire Station, 1635 Broadway Ave., Seaside, California, 93955, located at the corner of Yosemite Street and Broadway Avenue. Work will take place in an active fire station and construction related activities that disturb fire fighter activities and the engine bays must be completed over a single five day period of time. The City of Seaside shall procure and provide the "C" Chanel beam. The beam will be delivered to the Fire Station. The Contractor shall be responsible for accepting and handling the beam when delivered. The beam will not be delivered with bolting hardware, and the Contractor shall procure any and all additional materials beyond the two "C" channel beams.
