Summary Details

This CFR is an opportunity for interested service providers to be deemed a Qualified Trainer permitted to deliver the Wildland Rope Rescue Program and provide instruction on the competencies described within the rope rescue standards for BC GSAR Group Volunteers who are members of a Recognized GSAR Group for rope rescue.

Interested service providers are invited to submit a Response to this CFR for the opportunity to be awarded a contract for the provision of search and rescue rope training facilitation.

The Services include the delivery of the rope rescue Training, which includes instruction on the competencies described within the rope rescue standards for GSAR volunteers in British Columbia. The Services are described in greater detail at Schedule A of the Rope Rescue Training Agreement attached at Appendix B: Contract Form.

Under the Contract, the Province will grant a license to the Contractor to use the training Materials described in the Rope Rescue Training Agreement.

Interested service providers should familiarize themselves with the entirety of this CFR and submit a Response as described in section 6.

Estimated Contract Duration (in months) The estimated contract duration includes the full length of the contract, including any potential extensions. Further details on the contract term may be described in the Rfx document and is subject to contract finalizaton.
