Description
The Nation is requesting sealed proposals from interested, qualified companies to provide assistance to lead and copper rule improvements (LCRI) across the reservation. Complete information regarding the scope of work and specifications are provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Detail
Sealed Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025. Any and all costs to submit proposals are the responsibility of the offeror. The sealed proposals must be mailed or hand delivered, as long as one (1) clearly marked, single sided original and 3 copies and a key drive are physically received by Michelle Parsons no later than November 12, 2025 by 5:00 pm CT. Any proposal received after the time and date will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
