Public Notice: Request for Proposals
The Marion County School District invites sealed proposals for a 4-year term contract to supply
all-in-one desktop workstations for the Digital Media Lab at the Marion County Carl Loftin
Career and Technology Center in Columbia, MS. This procurement is for high-performance
systems optimized for creative workflows, with an initial order of 16 units and options for
additional purchases.
Proposals must comply with Mississippi Code 31-7-13 and related procurement laws.
Interested vendors should contact Mrs. Kimberly Rawls at 601-736-6095 or
krawls@marionk12.org to obtain a copy of the RFP and provide their contact information for
tracking purposes.
Proposals are due by March 10, 2026, 5:00 PM CST. The district reserves the right to reject any
