Sealed bids to resurface existing tennis courts and convert six tennis courts into eight pickleball courts and three tennis courts

Elbert County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed bids to resurface existing tennis courts and convert six tennis courts into eight pickleball courts and three tennis courts. Specifications are below. For more information contact Ryan Wright 706-283-2000 or email rwright@elbertga.us The County will receive bids until 4:00pm on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at which time the bids will be opened. Bids received after that date and time will not be considered. Bids must be sealed in an envelope and the words “A sealed bid” must appear on the outside of the envelope. Faxed or e-mailed bids cannot be accepted. Bids will be awarded on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 5:30pm.

All Bidders shall comply with the provisions of the Systematic Alien Verification of Entitlements (SAVE) program and the federal eVerify program.

The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in conformity with these instructions, and the County reserves the right to cancel the bid opening or the anticipated purchase.
