Sealed Bids: Purchase of Sewer Camera Van

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Mayor, Kevin Corcoran, City of North Ridgeville,
7307 Avon Belden Rd., North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039 until 11:00 a.m., May 6, 2026, for the purpose
of purchasing:
One new Sewer Camera Van, equipped, and must have all standard equipment including
a new FORD F600 Box Truck with 16' custom build for Schwalm Robotic Cutter
Operations and new Envirosight Rovver X Basic System including VC500 Controller with
Vision Report Software installed, RAX300 Automatic Cable Reel w/300M cable, wireless
remote controller, reel mounting frame, cable cleaner for RAX300 mainline reel,
emergency stop cable, RX130L Quick Change version crawler w/3 sets rubber wheels for
6" - 12" pipe diameter and integrated lift. RCX90 pan, tilt, zoom camera, Pressurization
Kit, integrated lift, and Wincan VX entry license, Envirosight Tyger Tail 2" for manhole
bottom cable RVX. Schwalm Complete 19 pin System for 8" - 24", Digital Control Unit 19"
Rack, Talpa 2060 Robot 19 pin w/MiNa Digital Camera, Schwalm Cable Reel, Motorized
Reel 200M of 19 pin cable, Schwalm Air/Water Motorized Reel 500' of fused 3/4" air line
and 14" water line w/20 gal water tank fully assembled, 1L03169Air Motor 2060
w/Accessories 2L03170Air Motor 1330 w/Accessories, Spare Camera MiNa Digital w/Case,
spare digital box, carbide wheels for 2060 Robot, large wheels for pipe, lg black milling
ball version, small black milling ball version, large N-TEC II Mushroom Milling Cutter
Head, Power Boom Crane w/Lights, Under the Hood Compressor Vehicle Integration.
New equipment includes pre-delivery inspection, delivery to customer site, and basic
operational and maintenance training.
Bidders will be required to use printed bid forms, which will be available for purchase along with
the bid specifications at the Office of the Mayor, 7307 Avon Belden Rd., North Ridgeville, Ohio
44039 at a non-refundable cost of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) for the bid packet, cash or check
payable to the City of North Ridgeville.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee which shall consist of an Ohio Statutory Bid
Guaranty and Contract Bond, substantially in the form prescribed by ORC 153.57 in a penal amount
equal to or greater than 100% of the bid price. No other form of bond is acceptable. Bid security
furnished in bond form shall be issued by a surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of
Ohio to provide said surety.
The City of North Ridgeville, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any
irregularities in bidding. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties
submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each proposal must contain labels that
identify the bid form and the insurance bid information.
