UV DISINFECTION EQUIPMENT
OWNER PROCUREMENT
Sealed Bids for Wynne Water Utilities – UV Disinfection Equipment - Owner Procurement will be received by Wynne Water Utilities, at the office of Wynne Water Utilities, 550 Falls Blvd, Wynne, AR 72396 until 2:00PM Central Standard Time, May 27, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project generally consists of materials procurement of one UV Disinfection Unit.
Bids may be delivered by any means available except electronically (fax or email). Fax/email bids will not be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to see that their bid is at the designated location by the time stated above. Those not received by that time will not be considered. Wynne Water Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and to, in the opinion of Wynne Water Utilities, accept the bid that is in Wynne Water Utilities best interest.
A pre-bid conference will not be held.
Per request, on-site inspection of existing equipment can be scheduled by contacting Wynne Water Utilities at 870-238-2751.
Bids will be received for a single Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Contract Documents may also be examined at the following:

Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained online from the Issuing Office upon payment of $25.00 for each set at www.cristengineers.com . The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
