Johnson County is seeking sealed bids for upgrades of the current VHF radio repeater systems and construction of two new tower sites to be located in the Oark and Coal Hill areas. Bids need to include site selection, upgrades, construction, software, training, and any related costs. All equipment must be compatible with radios from multiple vendors and capable of analog, DMR, and P25 emission types.
Bids will be accepted through close of business (4:30) on April 1, 2024.
Bids may be mailed to the Johnson County Judge’s Office at P.O. Box 278, Clarksville, AR, 72830. Bids must be labeled COMM UPGRADE.
A full bid package can be requested by contacting Johnson County Department of Emergency Management at (479) 754-6383 or the County Judge’s Office at (479) 754-2175.
Bids will be opened Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 10:00 am in the Johnson County EOC Conference Room.
No fax or email bids will be accepted.
Johnson County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Paid for with Johnson County General Funds.
