The City of Helena-West Helena is receiving separate sealed bids for the supply and installation of Leachate Collection Pumps and associated pump controls at the Helena-West Helena Regional Landfill. Bids will be received by the City of Helena-West Helena until 10:00 a.m. local time on September 2nd, 2026, at the Helena-West Helena City Hall, 226 Perry Street, Helena AR, 72342.
