Invitation to Bid (ITB)

The City of Dardenne Prairie invites sealed bids for the procurement of a double-sided LED Outdoor Sign, cabinet, cloud-based software, and installation. Bids must be submitted to the City Hall, located at 2032 Hanley Road, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368 no later than 10 business days. Late bids will not be considered.

Instructions to Bidders

1. Bid Submission

· All bids must be sealed and clearly marked "Bid for Dardenne Prairie Outdoor LED Sign" on the envelope.

2. Bid Opening

· Bids will be publicly opened at 2032 Hanley Rd, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368 on 10/23.

Bid Details

Bidders must submit a Bid, including company details, equipment specifications, pricing, delivery schedule, and warranty information.

Specifications

Detailed specifications for the required equipment are as follows:

· 10.66mm full color at 90 pixels high by 180 pixels wide (16,200 total pixels per side) or better.

· Active display area 3'2'' x 6'4'' (19.8 square feet per side)

· LIFETIME cell-data modem

· Double sided LED cabinet, size 3'2'' x 6'4''

· Display up to 11 rows of text, images and video clips

· Installation included

· Cloud based LED software

· 10-year parts guarantee

Contract Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

· Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of the equipment.

2. Delivery

· The equipment must be scheduled for installation within 14 business days of acceptance.

3. Warranty

· The equipment must include a warranty of 10 years parts guarantee.

General Conditions

· The City of Dardenne Prairie reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

· Bids must remain valid for 90 days after the bid opening date.

· The successful bidder must provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by city policy.
