DOCUMENT 00 0111- ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for the LIT Customer Seating Experience project, to be constructed for Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission, will be received at the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport, One Airport Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202 until 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, April 30th, 2026, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids submitted prior to the bid opening should be sent to David Finnie, Director- Infrastructure Development, Clinton National Airport, One Airport Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202, telephone number 501-537-1701, via UPS or FedEx with notification and tracking number sent on date of shipment to dfinnie@clintonairport.com .
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00am., on Thursday, April 8th, 2026, at the Clinton Conference Room located on the 2nd Floor of the Terminal Building, One Airport Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202. Each bidder shall be limited to three personnel per organization. Only those bids from those firms attending the Pre-Bid meeting will be accepted.
The project includes but is not limited to General, Electrical and Architectural construction to add recharging stations, customer service desks, and related furniture at Clinton National Airport. Work also includes electrical components in millwork and furniture. Area of work includes the Concourse and Baggage Claim.
Digital copies of the bid documents are available for electronic viewing and to download free of charge go to: https://clintonairport.gob2g.com . Select this Project from the “View Solicitations” link, and by entering the LIT Project Number 251600 on the “View Filter/Search Options” button. For assistance and free membership
registration, select “Information for Vendors” on the main page.” Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the online Plan Holders List https://clintonairport.gob2g.com ; therefore, all prime bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the online plan room in order to be included in the Plan Holders List.
