ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Sewer System Improvement Project will be received by The City of Lonoke at the Lonoke Mayor’s Office, 107 W Second St., Lonoke, AR 72086 until 10:00 AM local time on August 4, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of replacing three (3) existing manholes and associated sewer lines.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: PMI, A Terracon Company

The Quest number for this project is 10283280. The cost of the Contract Documents is $150. Addendums will be through the online plan room to prime bidders included on the Plan Holders List.
