MARBLE FALLS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Marble Falls Sanitary Sewer Improvements #10394545 will be received, by HDR Engineering, Inc., PO Box 969, 187 E. David St., Forsyth, MO 65653, until 10:00 a.m. local time on August 19, 2025. The bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. on August 19, 2025 in the A-Frame Building at the entrance to the former Dogpatch USA Theme Park. The Project consists of a new 15,000 gpd wastewater treatment facility, 1 new lift stations, 4,296 LF of 4” PVC force main, 2,511 LF of 2” PVC low-pressure sewer main, 389 LF of boring with 18” steel casing, and appurtenances.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price and lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office (Southern Repographics, 901 W. Seventh Street, Little Rock, AR 72201, 501-372-4011), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Southern Repographics. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be registered with Sam.gov .
The Marble Falls Sewer Improvement project is funded in part by federal grants totaling $1,409,614.00 (estimated 48%) from the Economic Development Administration and the American Rescue Plan Act. There is $1,515,346.00 in committed State and local funds.
