LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids for 2026 Police Department Uniforms and Equipment for the City of Olive Branch Police

Department will be received at the Mayor’s Conference Room at City Hall, 9200 Pigeon Roost, Olive

Branch, MS 38654, until 2:00PM, Monday, December 8, 2025, and thereafter will be opened and publicly

read. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 12 months from date of award with the right to extend an

additional 12 months should all parties agree.

Specifications and Contract Documents may be examined at the office of Karen McNeil, Purchasing

Manager, 9200 Pigeon Roost Road, Olive Branch, Mississippi (662-892-9208).

In addition, official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.

Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. Electronic bids are due at the same time

and date as sealed bids. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central

Bidding at 225-810-4814.

Bids not submitted electronically must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the City Clerk,

City of Olive Branch, 9200 Pigeon Roost Road, Olive Branch, Mississippi 38654. Each envelope must be

plainly marked on the outside as “2026 Police Department Uniforms & Equipment” and must bear on

the outside the date the bid is to be opened.

The City of Olive Branch reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, with or without

cause; and to accept the lowest and best bid which in its judgment will be for the best interest of the City

of Olive Branch.
