Sealed Bids for Lagoon Baffle Replacement will be received by The City of Mendenhall herein

called the “Owner”, at the City of Mendenhall City Hall, located at 172 West Maud Avenue,

Mendenhall, MS 39114 until 2:30 pm, (Local Time) on Thursday, February 12, 2026 , and then

at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

resulting or related contracts. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the

Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with

MCWI Program Regulations.
