Sealed bids for General Construction of the LIT OPS Office Renovation will be received until 2:00 PM, Local Time on Thursday, May 07, 2026, in the Administration Office at the Clinton National Airport, 1 Airport Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72202, addressed to the attention of David Finnie, and then will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 1 Airport Road, Little Rock, AR 72202. Meet in the Administration Office, second level at top of escalator, to the right. Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting but are not required to attend.
The work includes General Construction, Mechanical Work, Plumbing Work and Electrical Work, all to be let under one prime contract.

Paper copies of any bid documents shall be obtained at the Bidder’s expense.
This publication was paid for by the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission, Procurement Department, in the amount of $235.50.
