SEALED BIDS FOR FARM LAND RENTAL

The Four County Joint Board of Williams County Commissioners will receive sealed bids in the Williams County Commissioners Office, 1425 E. High Street, Bryan, Ohio until 12:45 p.m. Local Time on March 24, 2025 for the Farm Land Rental of approximately 18.2 acres near the Northwest Ohio Juvenile Detention, Training and Rehabilitation Center. Bid Opening will be held on March 24, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the Williams County East Annex, Large Conference Room.

Bid packets will be available for pickup, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the above-named office, as well as Defiance, Fulton and Henry County Commissioners’ Offices.  The bid packet may be viewed or downloaded at no cost on the Williams County Engineer’s Office website: https://www.williamscountyoh.gov/Bids.asp .  Bids must be submitted on the form found in the Bid Packet.  Bid notice may also be viewed on each of the following websites:

Each Bid shall be accompanied by proof of liability insurance. The successful bidder will be required to sign a five-year lease agreement and will have possession of property upon completion of said agreement.

Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, but no bidder shall withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual opening thereof.  The Four County Joint Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the Four County Joint Board.
