ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for Diesel Generators to serve the Arkansas Rural Water Association (ARWA) will be received by the Arkansas Rural Water Association, until 11:00 a.m local time on February 25th, 2025, and then at ARWA Headquarters at 240 Dee Dee Lane, Lonoke, Arkansas, 72086 publicly opened and read aloud.
Specifications, Bid Form, and other documents may be examined at ARWA Headquarters at 240 Dee Dee Lane, Lonoke, Arkansas, 72086. Copies of the Specifications and Bid Form may be obtained at the ARWA Headquarters, 240 Dee Dee Lane, Lonoke, Arkansas, 72086, upon a non-refundable payment of Twenty dollars ($20.00) for each printed copy.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
