Elbert County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed bids for a FH-R Series Road Widener single discharge, remote control operation, and to work with bobcat attachment. For more information, contact Ryan Wright at rwright@elbertga.us or (706) 283-2000.

The County will receive bids until 4:00 pm on Thursday, February 6, 2025. Bids received after that time and date will not be considered. Bids must be sealed in an envelope and the words “A sealed bid” must appear on the outside of the envelope. Faxed or e-mailed bids cannot be accepted. Bids will be awarded at 5:30pm on Monday February 10, 2025 at the address below.

All Bidders shall comply with the provisions of the Systematic Alien Verification of Entitlements (SAVE) program and the federal eVerify program.

The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in conformity with these instructions, the right to accept the bid most advantageous to the Elbert County Road Department reserves the right to cancel the bid opening or the anticipated purchase.
