LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Mayor, City Hall, 7307 Avon Belden Road,

North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039 until 11:00 a.m. (Local Time) on March 16, 2026, and will be

opened immediately thereafter for the:

CONSTRUCTION AND DELIVERY OF A NEW TYPE I AMBULANCE

The work will consist of the construction and delivery of (1) new Type I Ambulance including

chassis, patient care module, mounting, and all specified equipment. The ambulance shall be

delivered ready for emergency service.

Bidders will be required to use the bid forms which are available for purchase along with the

bid specifications at the Fire Department, 7000 Ranger Way, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039.

Checks shall be made payable to the City of North Ridgeville, Ohio, at a non-refundable cost of

twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Contact the Fire Department between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00

p.m. Monday through Friday for further details. No documents will be mailed.

Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check/ cashier’s check/money order in an

amount not less than the total bid amount must accompany each bid, as described in the

contract documents.

Bids shall be based on compliance with all terms, conditions, and specifications as set forth in

the contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive

irregularities, or to award contracts in the best interest of the City as permitted by law.

the project title in the subject line.
