Fairmont Pkwy, La Porte, Texas 77571. Purchasing will act as liaison between the requestor and the departmental representative or Engineer to seek clarification or supplemental instructions appropriate to the request. The deadline for asking questions will be Wednesday, September 17, 2025, by 5:00 PM.
