PROJECT DESCRIPTION The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment and management to reconstruct the Seabreeze Park Pier with an approximate length of 411 linear feet. The existing pier is to be demolished, including the removal of existing timber pilings, beam, and deck boards. The new timber pier will include timber pilings, beams, and stringers, a composite deck, handrails, benches, placement of rip rap near the pier entrance and a water line. The project is located in the City of La Porte in Harris County, Texas. The pier is on the southeastern portion of Seabreeze Park and the park is accessible from Bayshore Drive.
