Sealed Bid for Compact Tractor

The Jefferson County Water Authority is looking to purchase and is accepting sealed bids for one heavy duty or commercial grade “Compact Tractor with 72-inch Pull Behind Mower and a Factory Installed Front End Loader”.  Minimum required specifications include the following criteria: 45 HP engine; a Roll-Over Protection Structure; Hydro-Static Drive Transmission; Lights to include Headlights, Taillights, Brake Lights, Hazard Flashers and Turn Signals; 3-Point Hitch with 2700 Pound Lift Capacity for Heavy Jobs and for using Implements; Standard 4-wheel Drive with Industrial Tires.  Includes Factory Installed Front End Loader and a 72-inch Pull Behind Mower Attachment or Brush Hog.

Please provide a quote for the compact tractor that your company or agency offers that “most closely” compares to or meets the criteria listed above.  The quote should be detailed and itemized to list all features on the piece of equipment being offered.  Please include a list of attachments or implements that may be used with the tractor.  Also note any Warranty information and any services or maintenance options your company offers, such as on-site mobile maintenance, pickup/delivery, ETC.

To be considered, “sealed bids” must be received no later than 1000 hours on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.   They will be publicly opened at that time.  Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “JCWA Compact Tractor” on the lower left side of the envelope.  Bids may be submitted by mail or delivered in person to Festus City Hall; ATTN: JCWA; 711 West Main Street; Festus, MO 63028.
