Sealed Bid #25018 - Black Base and Type D Asphalt

The City of La Porte is seeking bids for an annual requirements contract to provide Black Base Asphalt and Type D Asphalt on an as-needed basis. These items will be utilized by the Public Works Streets Department in accordance with the contract for performing pothole patching, streets work, parking lots, and various other applications throughout the City as needed. The purpose of these specifications is to obtain products with the lowest impact on the environment and in accordance with the technical requirements stated herein. The specification describe the minimum requirements for products intended for routine and continuous use. The City reserves the right to go out for bids on larger projects.
