Project Description: SCOPE: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) seeks qualified Contractors to submit proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein for a fixed price contract for the removal and disposal of failed exterior sealants as well as the purchase and installation of sealant replacement/caulking for the curtain wall spandrel panels at 181 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, New York 14203.
GOALS: MBE 5%, WBE 4%, SDVOB 6%
PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on April 25, 2025, 11:00 AM EDT. To register, CLICK on the “Ask a Question” button located next to the Questions Due Date in Bonfire to submit your request by April 24, 2025, 11:00 AM EDT.
The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal.
