The Plymouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the Housing Type Elderly 59 Development for the Plymouth Housing Authority in Plymouth Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by PHA.
The Project consists of: Seal and stripe parking lot
The work is estimated to cost 15,000.00 dollars
Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 ss44A (2)(B) and to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49
ss26 to 27H inclusive. Federal sites require Davis Bacon wage rates.
Written Quotes will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025.
All Quotes should be delivered to 130 Court St., Plymouth MA. 02360 and/or gmcgowan at plymha.org. and received no later than the date and time specified above. Quotes may be hand delivered, mailed, or emailed.
Contract Documents will be available at 130 Court St., Plymouth, MA. 02360
Contractors requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for
15.00 dollars per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail handling costs.
The job site and/or existing building will be available for inspection by appointment only.
