This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with JERED LLC, per FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure.

A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
