Synopsis: Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 of the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms to provide hospital flooring restoration/installation. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email) and must be received no later than December 23, 2025 at 2:00PM CST. Email: gislaine.dorvil@va.gov. Project magnitude is anticipated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Description of Project 657-26-201, Seal Inpatient Restroom Floors at the Sain Louis City, MO VAMC, John Cochran Division. The purpose of this project is to replace floor material in approximately 30 inpatient restrooms, including floor and walls in roll-in shower areas, with an epoxy-base sealant. This effort includes approximately 3500 square feet of flooring, extending 6 inches up all walls, and wainscot where existing and shower walls and floors. Additionally, 5 rooms in the inpatient dialysis area will include the removal of existing sheet goods, surface preparation, and installation of new epoxy flooring with a 6" epoxy base. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for as required by drawings and specifications to be provided when Solicitation 36C25526R0044 is released on or about December 29, 2025. The site visit will be clarified in the solicitation. Interested bidders are highly encouraged to attend. Period of performance is expected to be approximately 300 calendar days.
