2026 Seal Coat Project

Project Description: The City of Orem is accepting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed Seal Coat Contractors for the application of a seal coat at various city owned parking and trail areas. The areas include approximately 10,950 square feet at Bonneville Park, approximately 269,989 square feet at Public Works Parking & Facility, approximately 20,485 at Geneva Park, approximately 53,332 square feet at the IHC fields parking & trail, approximately 10,299 square feet at Sharon Park, approximately 3,389 square feet at Cascade Park basketball court, and approximately 406,007 square feet at the Water Reclamation Treatment Facility. The total project area is approximately 774,451 square feet.
