SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE





Surf Entry and Barge Offload Sustainment Services (SEABOSS)





The Contract Support Management Office at the US Marine Corps, Blount Island Command (BIC), Jacksonville, Florida, is interested in identifying all qualified sources, that possess the capabilities, skills, qualifications, and certifications required to perform this work per the attached scope of work.



Blount Island Command has a requirement for Intermediate and Depot level repairs as descibed in the attached scope of work. All Companies that possess the required facilities, capabilities, and certifications are encoured to submit a response to this notice.



Any company submitting a response to this sources sought announcement shall provide objective documentation of their capabilities and Certifications. Objective documentation includes capabilities statements, company brochures, etc.





Companies must also be able to perform designated work on site at Blount Island Command Jacksonville Fl. 32226. All personnel working on-site must be able to qualify for access to MCFS Blount Island USMC. Access requirements can be obtained by contacting the Pass & I.D. Office: (0600-1530 Mon-Fri) at 904-696- 3806/3809.





The submission of this information is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services. The information derived from this sources sought announcement is to be used for market research and acquisition planning for future requirements.





Registration in System for Award Management registration (SAM) is required for any subsequent contract award. “THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES”. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify all qualified sources. The Sources Sought Notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information submitted in response.



Respondents will not be notified of the results of any Government assessments. All respondents shall be notified of any subsequent postings for this requirement. It is requested that companies provide a capabilities package to the POCs listed below NLT 1600 EDT 14 February 2026. The package should include Company profile, number of employees, office location(s), CAGE code, relevant past performance and experience. Relevant past performance and experience means performance of the types of services required by the attached scope of work.



All questions regarding this sources sought must be submitted in writing and subsequent Q&A will be posted to this notice for viewing by all industry.
