Bid Due Date: Bids will be accepted in the bid portal by theContracting Branch, Infrastructure Division until 2:00 PM on June 10, 2025.

General Scope of Work: Furnish all labor, equipment, tools, material andincidentals necessary but not limited to removal and replacement of thestrained sea water supply and drain piping for the rearing ponds, replacementof paving damage during pipe installations at Sea Center Texas located inBrazoria County, Texas per the specifications and drawings provided herein. TheConstruction Cost estimate for this project is $11,875,000.00 – $12,500,000.00.

Project Schedule: All work shall be completed within Four hundred twenty (420)calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice toProceed.

1. Virtual Pre-bid Meeting will be held on May 8, 2025,at 10:30 AM (CST). Potential Bidder must pre-register for thepre-bid meeting at the link found in the solicitation documents.

2. Site visits are by appointment only. Site visits will be accommodatedMonday, May 5, 2025 – Friday May 9, 2025, during regular business hours 8:00 AMCST – 5:00 PM CST.
