Project Description: The SE 76th Street Non-motorized Improvements Project (T-057) provides for improving about 1,000 feet of non-motorized access along SE 76th Street by installing a bike lane and a sidewalk on the south side of SE 76th Street. The improvements will provide pedestrians with a continuous safe route along SE 76th Street from 113th Avenue SE at the west to 116th Avenue SE at the east end of the project limits. Additional work includes driveway improvements, ADA curb ramp, new storm drain system, mailbox and signage, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standards Specifications.
