SE Campus SE-02 Structural Repairs & Improvements

Project Description: Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repairs at the Southeast Campus SE-02 facility located at 2100 Southeast Parkway in Arlington, Texas.
The project generally consists of structural steel and concrete repairs, replacement of deteriorated below-slab sanitary piping, installation of crawlspace ventilation fans, and associated electrical connections. Work will require coordination with existing building conditions and may occur in or around occupied areas. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the construction documents dated March 6, 2026 and all applicable codes and standards.
