Scum Concentrator re Fabrication

Field Removal ¿ Disconnect Mechanical components of Drive system for removal of existing scum collector ¿ Remove Wiper Blades & Hardware ¿ Remove Roller Chain in sections due to weight ¿ Attempt to break allen keys loose on Sprockets, if not then cut shaft in pieces and remove ¿ Remove bearings from take-up system and frames in front and back ¿ Cut welds on guide angle and remove from wall of tank ¿ Remove existing channel steel for covering system ¿ Clean areas free of rust for new angle Field Installation ¿ Install new angle & weld out ¿ Install new shafts & sprockets, mount new bearings on the outside ¿ Space sprockets to correct width and tighten set screws ¿ Install roller chain on both sides and connect with masterlinks ¿ Connect new drive system and perform alignment ¿ Motor connection must be rewired to complete installation of wiper blades ¿ Install wiper blades where they are accessible ¿ Run the system to where the rest of the wiper blade attachment points can be accessed & install remainder wiper blades ¿ Cut Stainless steel channel to length, install at correct spacing & weld out.
