The Town of Normal will receive sealed bids for the following:

Sculpture Park Project

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Sculpture Park Project” with the time and date of the opening, which will be Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall.

General Project Description: Town of Normal Parks & Recreation Sculpture Park project Paving Package work will include site preparation, construction fencing, temporary erosion control measures, site removals and clearing, earth work operations, cast-in-place concrete footings, asphalt paving, concrete paving and curbs, and unit paving. The Electrical Package work will include lighting electrical service, inground and floodlight uplighting for sculptures, and light bollards.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 2:00 pm at 1110 Douglas Street, Normal, IL 61761.

Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normalil.gov . The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
